Marie Long
Marie Long grew up in Williamstown and was one of three children. Her father always had lots of animals and birds around him and loved his veggie patch while her mother loved creating in her crafts, painting, knitting and gardening. Due to her childhood influences, Marie has a love for birds as well as horses, fish and other various animals and has kept them all. She also has a great passion for plants and gardening too.
Marie’s art journey has been through jewellery making, china painting and mosaics as well as through using various mediums like acrylics and inks.
Marie commented that “HBAS is a wonderful group of friendly and supportive people which I am very happy to be part of.”
